WARNING!! WILL ROBINSON!! WARNING!!

Some important things to keep in mind:

1. The "event" information was usually recited to the parish registrar by some witness or relative. Therefore, spellings are not always accurate and sometimes the information is flat out wrong.

2. The registry numbers don't reflect the order in which things actually "happened" they reflect the order in which they were "reported" to the registrar. So someone born late in December of 1858 may show up in the registry in January or even February of 1859. So keep in mind that the "registry" year is not necessarily the same as the "event" year.

3. The "General Indexes" have been copied by humans and, while they have more than likely made their best attempt at reading someone else's handwriting, it is possible to find errors in them.

4. If you don't find what you think should be there, check the very end of each general index, there are often footnotes and corrections listed there.

5. Many of the registries have indexes in the front of each book and I have found at least a couple events that did not appear in the index and yet were still listed in the registry.

6. I scanned these documents and then proofread them. I believe I did an accurate job but there may still be some errors. If you encounter any, you could let me know and I'll be glad to verify or fix them, otherwise, since they're free, you get what you pay for...
